Barr. IFEANYI EJIOFOR ACCUSED DSS!
Barr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor , a principal officer of Nnamdi Kanu's legal counsel,also an IPOB leader, spoke on interview with journalist yesterday, accusing DSS for not providing Nnamdi in Federal High Court, Abuja. He says that irrespective of Court commencing her vacation on July 26,2021. Ejiofor lamented on their failed effort to see Kanu throughout last week in order to have an interview with him before commencing his trial. "DSS is not paying any listening ear to the court order" He cried out. While still responding to news men, Ifeanyi said, DSS will not be a good avenue for the counsel to interview and interrogate their client (Kanu). Hence, they left with no option than filing in their letter for Kanu to be transferred to prison where they can have access to visit him, this is in line with the ground that the counsel have the right to visit Kanu on Monday and Thursday of every week (this was the court order).
